My Origin Story

Where PreHab Solutions Began

PreHab Solutions began during a time when the entire world was forced to confront the reality of its own health.

When COVID hit, none of us knew what we were facing. Nobody knew how dangerous it could be, how it spread, or what tomorrow would look like. But one thing became absolutely clear to me:
If I got sick — or if someone in my family got sick — the best possible advantage I could give myself was to take care of my body at the highest level.

So I asked myself:
“Am I really doing everything I can to be healthy?”

That changed everything.

It pushed me into a committed pursuit of natural and evidence based health and wellness strategies. I started learning about sleep, nutrition, stress management, sunlight exposure, movement, breathwork, heat exposure, cold exposure, and the way all these systems interact inside the human body.

It became a priority because staying healthy and strong wasn’t abstract anymore — it was urgent, real, and staring me in the face.

But my journey wasn’t purely about research.
It was also about my own personal lived experience.

I’ve had both of my hips replaced — At a younger age than most. Recovery took discipline. Patience. Relearning how to train. Rebuilding strength. Adjusting how I moved. I have experienced firsthand, several times, what it means to put in consistent effort when the only way forward is showing up again and again.

Through that process, I learned something important:

Growth isn’t optional — it’s required.
Consistency isn’t optional — it’s the only way.
And health isn’t something you wait to rescue…
It’s something you build every single day.

That combination — the global wake-up call, the personal recovery journeys, and the relentless pursuit of better health — led directly to what eventually became PreHab Solutions.

A brand built on experience.
A brand built on truth.
A brand built on the belief that:

You cannot outsource your health.
You must participate in it.
And the best time to start is before you think you need it.

That is the heartbeat behind PreHab Solutions.
A proactive movement dedicated to giving people the tools, systems, and habits to build a body — and a life — they can rely on.

A Little More About Me

Credentials

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington. Practicing for more than 10 years, completed a 10 month Fellowship in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute, follow and regularly read and listen to some of the greatest people on the front lines in regards to Health, Wellness and Longevity. My goals of continued education and learning set me apart from most. I want to get better, learn more, and then pass that info and insight onto you so you can make better choices about your health, wellness and happiness and live the life you want to live.

Online Courses

Low cost courses covering common topics, but topics that I feel often get overlooked due to how common they are. As well as covering questions I often get with patients regarding their procedure, how should they safely progress, and other things that they can be doing during their time of healing. I am not offering education that substitutes your time and energy with your normal physical therapist, but rather subjects and materials to help supplement what you are doing and providing a resource that you can easily go back and forth to while you are preparing for surgery and progressing once you had surgery.

1-on-1 Coaching

Be sure to reach out if you have specific goals and need a plan on how to get there. I have worked with people of all different back grounds and goals. Ranging from high level athletes, people prepping for an obstacle course race, to getting back to yard work and spending time outdoors.
