A Space For Sharing, Exploring and Growth
This is a space that I hope is welcoming and encouraging for people to come for learning and growth. Here I want to share updates to what is going on in health and wellness, fitness, and other topics pertinent to promoting a more healthy and happy us. I want to encourage productive dialogue that helps us all explore these topics. As well as a place people can turn to find support and encouragement by helping us realize we are all in the same boat trying to float. I believe that all of us truly want to be better, we just may not know how to get there. I hope this space can help you navigate those waters and move forward on your path to better health, wellness and happiness.
Why "PreHab" Is The Solution
Preventative medicine is the direction we must go if we want to maximize our existence. Thinking about the pillars of health and wellness as our vitamins and medicine to promote a more fruitful and enjoyable life. This idea of using more natural means of caring for ourselves, our family, and community and being able to prosper from it is what drives me to put the work in to care for myself, my kids, friends and family, and build this community. I truly want to help change the game in regards to how we think about our health, longevity, and take care of ourselves. I want to help people move away from a system that they rely on to take care of them once things get bad. But rather encourage and uplift people to accept responsibility for themselves and promote a life of caring for yourself and others before major issues arise. Help people build their "Health Savings Account" so when things happen (and they will), people have reserves built up to better handle the stress and healing time needed to recover from those set backs. I want to encourage a place where we come together to realize that we are all works in progress trying to address our own work of art and expression (Ourselves) and build the best versions of ourselves. And that some need help on how to travel that path and what does that look like. And realize that creating a magnificent piece of art does not happen quickly, but rather takes a lot of consistency over time to build and fortify that piece of art into something that your are proud of, something that will work for you when called upon and that you know will perform to your expectations.
This is the message I hope to get out to as many people as possible, make this information and ideas as easily accessible as possible and help our friends, family and community get on a better track of taking care of ourselves so we can then help take care of each other better and with more compassion and understanding. Let's work together to change the game on how we approach our health and change from a reactive approach to a more preventative and empowering solution.
