The Therapist's Framework isn't another passive lecture series. It's a structured way of thinking about load, tissue response, and functional progression — drawn from over a decade of clinical practice, advanced training in applied functional science, and a personal recovery journey that reshaped how I approach movement.
Every module is built around a clinical decision point your team already faces every day. The goal is to sharpen the reasoning behind those decisions and give your clinicians a consistent, evidence-grounded language to work from — whether they're treating a construction worker, a weekend athlete, or a post-op patient.
Looking to deepen tissue-specific reasoning and functional progression strategies.
Seeking a cohesive, evidence-based framework to align their team's clinical approach.
Who want to bridge the gap between tissue healing science and return-to-performance programming.
Working with workforce populations who need proactive, load-based programming.
Built by a clinician, for clinicians. This course translates evidence-based tissue biology and functional biomechanics into the decision-making tools you actually need at the point of care — not more theory, but a framework you can use Monday morning.
Evidence-based healing timelines for muscle, tendon, ligament, bone, and intervertebral disc — and what those windows mean for clinical decision-making.
The core clinical framework: understanding tissue load tolerance, how to assess it, and how to use it as the foundation for progressive programming.
Programming strategies that match the biology — so your interventions are timed to what the tissue can actually handle, not just what the calendar says.
The role of mechanoreceptors and proprioceptors in rehab — and how to deliberately train them across the continuum from acute to performance.
Functional Mobility Principles — 3D Motion, Up Stream & Down Stream Biomechanics, and how the body actually moves in the real world, not just on an exam table.
Closing the gap between discharge and durability. How to transition patients into proactive movement — and why that's the real measure of clinical success.
Built by a clinician who's lived both sides of the table.
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I have my Fellowship in Applied Functional Science with over a decade of clinical experience across orthopedic, sports, and functional movement rehabilitation. I'm the founder of PreHab Solutions — a company built on the belief that proactive health is the highest form of clinical care.
What has shaped "The Therapist's Framework" isn't just the years of patient care. It has also been navigating my own personal health wake-up call — addressing and rehabbing my own hip replacements at a younger age than most — that has driven me to really put the pieces together and trying to figure out a framework to practice from that is consistent and supported by what we know as clinicians.
You cannot outsource your health. And your patients can't either. This framework helps you help them understand that — with the science to back it up.
I come to you. Full-team delivery in your space, built around your schedule and patient population. Includes case-based discussion and live Q&A woven throughout.
Ortho-heavy team? Sports rehab? Industrial workforce? I can adjust the case examples and application modules to match your clinic's primary patient population.
Participants leave with a curated reference guide summarizing the key frameworks, tissue timelines, and clinical decision tools covered throughout the course.
